you will need the following
to be able to listen to the music:
the first three requirements are totally up
to you, however the fourth and last one i CAN help you with.
what program to use:
fasttracker 2:
[ download version 2.08 as a selfextracting zip-archive
] and/ or [
visit fasttracker 2 homepage at www.starbreeze.com ]
please use this if you have the possibility. since
i made the tunes in this program it will play everything like its supposed
to sound.
(this of coz includes all MY mistakes, but what
the hell, that seems more honest to me)
FT2 is a DOS application, but for those how are
not familiar with how to used it, you can try to launch it in windows 95/98
and it might work.
modplug: [ download version 1.39 as a selfextracting zip-archive ] or [ visit homepage at www.modplug.com ]
this is the best .XM moduleplayer for windows
95/98/NT that i have found so far.
other programs:
MP3-players winamp and sonique WILL play .XM files,
BUT not allways the way it was suppossed to sound...
